Detailed Product Description

I. Brief Description
MXX -3B Rotating Magnetic Flaw Detector is that my company absorb the advantages of similar products at home and abroad to design and manufacture a new type of magnetic particle detection device.Use Plus the magnetization of the magnetic field method to make the instrument have the advantages of small volume and light weight, and so on. Magnetization by additional magnetic field renders the detector small in size and light in weight. Highly integrated circuit makes one device perform all the functions of several ones, The instrument can be equipped with four kinds of probes A, D, E, O .
Selection of functions:

►A type probe: 


Also named horseshoe magnetic yoke probe or fillet weld probe, turning joint angular magnetic head, which is fitted with a working lamp and is especially suitable for fault detection of work pieces with abnormal face and complicated shape. Polar distance: 20-160㎜;lifting power: AC≥ 4.5㎏, DC≥18㎏;weight : 1㎏. Using this probe is made of a piece of equipment called a horseshoe or a fillet weld yoke flaw detector, probe is widely used by utilizing joint activities.
►D type probe:


It is also called electromagnetic yoke probe, a variety of joint activities, large magnetization. Polar distance:60-220㎜; lifting power: AC≥5㎏,DC≥18㎏; weight: 2.5㎏. The equipment which is made by using this probe independently is called electromagnetic yoke flaw detector, the probe has characteristics of a high permeability, high magnetization .

►E type probe: 

Also it is known as cross magnetic yoke probe or rotating probe, and can conduct a full range of composite magnetic detection, walking wheel and work lights can increase the flaw detection speed. Polar distance: 110㎜,lifting power: AC≥12㎏ and weight:3.0㎏. The equipment which is made by using this probe independently is called circular flaw detector , It is designed by using the principle of coil electricity generated when a strong magnetic field, suitable for shaft rod class, pipe class, leaf class and other complex workpieces blade segment or demagnetization detection.

III. Operation and maintenance
Please read this specification carefully before use the detector so that you may know its structure and technical performance well. Check the power if is in conformity with the requirements for the detector and connection is correct. when no error is found the power can be switched on. For the first use or reuse after a long suspension check the instrument if is in good shape. 
1.Operating procedures
(1) connect  plug the power cord and the instrument power socket , connect the probe and output sockets.
(2) Turn on the instrument power switch, at this moment power indicator lights, instrument control circuit 
      simultaneously turned on, the servo work.
(3) With good contact of the probe with the work piece to be detected,press the switch on the probe, when the 
     instrument was magnetization state of the workpiece, the work lights. Release the switch, turn off the main 
     circuit power supply, the workpiece stops magnetized.
(4) When you stop using  ,turn off the power switch of the instrument , and cut off power 
2. Trouble shooting
(1) Power is turned on without instructions and do not work, the fuse is blown,it is caused by a short circuit or  
     overload.
(2) Press the switch, probe work, but no work instructions, it is caused by the damage of the work indicating 
      lamp.
(3) The work indicating lamp lights, the probe is not magnetized, the main circuit or control circuit failure
(4) If power is switched on, magnetism is charged without pressing the switch. The control circuit or bilateral 
     silicon-controlled switch may be broken.


IV. Cautions
(1) Operating beat of the instrument: It is suggested that in continuous long-time operation magnetization time ≤3 s
     and off time≥5 s
(2) Before use,should check the supply voltage instrument if meets the requirements, such as high or low impact 
     testing can damage the instrument or effect.
(3) When using the probe face should be seized to maintain good contact  with the workpiece, and then press the 
      magnetization switching, then the magnetization effect is best 
(4) Although this instrument has a good load protection circuit, but when used, the light work  should be avoided in
     order to reduce unnecessary temperature rise.
(5) The detector can work continuously. If partial overheating is found, it should be suspended from use. Reuse is
      possible after the cause is ascertained.
(6) The detector and its accessories should be used or kept in a clean, dry and anticorrosive environment.
(7) When repairing by yourself, watch out for the high-voltage danger in the machine.
(8) Power switch should not be turned on or off after the magnetization switch is pressed.
(9) The casing of the instrument must be earthed reliably.
(10) The instrument should be returned to our service center if the circuit fault is not repairable.
