Overview
M Series endoscope is an all-in-one system that combines an articulating probe with a control unit, and one handheld host controls all the functions of battery, storage part and accessories. Without excess components, the endoscope becomes light in weight.
M-55ES industrial videoscope is a new nondestructive testing instrument, which integrates optics, precision machinery, electronic technology and micro imaging, and can be used to inspect the interior surface of pipelines with a diameter between 57mm and 2000mm.
Probe
It can electrically adjust the lens for the optical focus, LED light, 360° forward and reverse rotation through the handheld control unit to obtain optimal video.
LED light
Four Cree ultra-high brightness LEDs, 10m beam distance, adjustable brightness, high-resolution and long-distance image capture.
Push rod
It can be lengthened manually according to specific operation condition. Draw and pull the inserted rod so as to obtain best detection effect.
Support
Adjustable wheel and centering support are provided to make sure the probe in the center of pipeline.
Handheld control unit
The handheld control unit has ultra-thin metal case, a 5’’ color LCD touch screen with resolution of 720x 480, and a LCD hood. Its host can be used with all the probes in series M for focus adjustment, rotating and light adjustment. It is powered by Li battery for long-term continuous operation. Videos are recorded as detection is conducted, any video segment can be watched repeatedly, and deleting and rerecording are permissible. With snapshot mode, important images can be stored at any time. It has a memory capacity of 32 GB. It can be directly connected with computer via USB 2.0 port to upload and download data, and store, edit and print testing reports. Cable
With its high flexibility due to new materials (the inner core is made of reinforced glass fiber and the jacket plastic), it can push the lens to move in the pipeline and facilitate positioning of lens in the pipeline. Its advantages lie in long detection distance and flexible operation.
Application
It is mainly used for rapid diagnosis of welding quality, surface smoothness, corrosion, cracks, blockage and collapse, together with surface measurement and foreign objects removal. This industrial electronic endoscope is especially suited to check the pipelines with larger diameter and longer length. In recent years, it has been widely used in pipes, boiler pressure vessel, electric power, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, archeology, military weapons, customs and other fields.
