Main Functions Introduction:
LHB-3000MD-AZF made according to Chinese standard <<GB/T231.1 (ISO6506-1) Metal Brinell Hardness Test>> is used to test the Brinell hardness value of metals and some non-metals materials.
This hardness testers with high accuracy and automation fits for high-end clients with larger workload test or high precision requirements.
● Specimen will be raised up automatically
● Load the test force automatically.
● Press the indentation automatically.
● Specimen will be lowered down
automatically
● Turret turns automatically.
● The image of indentation will be focused automatically.
● The diameter of indentation will be measured automatically.
● According to Chinese standard / ASTM standard to exchange the hardness values
automatically.
● Alarm the unqualified values automatically.
● Make the inspection report subjected by the client automatically.
