I. Brief Description
MJE-2A magnetic yoke particle flaw detector can do AC or DC magnetization and auto demagnetization of various components including large-scale work pieces. It uses SCR, which ensures low noise and long using life. This device also features small volume, light weight, large hoisting capacity and adjustable joints. It is especially used for flaw detection of fillet welds flat welds pipes, pressure vessels and other complicated components.
MJE-2A magnetic particle flaw detector can be configured with three types of detecting heads:
(1)Electromagnetic yoke: has live joints, can conduct flaw detection of plane and curved surface work piece;
(2)Horseshoe detecting head: can conduct flaw detection of various fillet welds, interior and exterior angles of
irregular surfaces and work pieces;
(3)Magnet ring: can do flaw detection of circumferential cracks. It can test the fatigue cracks of work pieces and
can also do demagnetization.
